Emeka Anyaeji – Chief Operating Officer
Emeka Anyaeji is a corporate attorney with over twelve (12) years qualitative experience in legal advisory and solicitorship. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1996 from Nnamdi Azikwe University, Awka and finished his Bar finals (B.L) in 1997 at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. He graduated with Second Class Honours Upper Division in both institutions, thus distinguishing himself in various areas of law where he emerged as Award winner in various courses at the LLB level.

A Masters Degree holder in Law (LLM) from the University of Lagos with specialisation in Investment laws and Secured Credit Transaction.

In his twelve years Corporate Attorneyship experience, he held Sway as the corporate Gatekeeper of Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, a post he assumed from formative/licensing period of the company until his appointment as Chief Operating Officer in May 2010.

As a Corporate Attorney with bias in Company/Investment laws, he is vast in commercial Practice of Trusteeship and Investment Custodian. He was a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Round Table Conference that drafted the new SEC Rules on Custodial Services in Nigeria. He has also attended both local and offshore training on Trusteeship and Custodial services. He is also a registered Trustee with the Securities and Exchange Commission.


Michael Otu

Michael Otu holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma as well as a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Lagos with specialization in International Economic Law and Jurisprudence. Michael professional career span over fourteen years beginning with defunct Crystal Bank Limited (now UBA Plc) in 1993 as a Legal Officer.  Between 1996 and 1997 he worked as a General Counsel and Deputy Head of Chambers at Vincent Omegba & Co, Legal Practitioners.  He joined Zenith Bank Plc as a Legal Officer in July 1997 and rose to the position of Company Secretary/Legal Adviser in 2002. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Nigerian Society of International Law and International Bar Association. He is a holder of several academic awards and has presented many papers particularly at the Financial Institutions Training Center (FITC).


Imade Uhunmwagho

Imade Uhunmwagho has over 12 years experience in Information and Software Technology in the financial services industry. This includes, but is not limited to his most recent position as the Head, Information Security, Business Continuity, Messaging and Collaboration in the Software Group of Zenith Bank Group.
He engineered and managed the merging of the bank’s two WAN networks into one; implemented the bank’s security firewalls and intrusion detection systems; and built and operated the bank’s business continuity center. Imade is an April 1994 University of Benin Second Class Upper Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Electronics Engineering) Graduate. He is Microsoft and Cisco Certified. He is also a Certified Internet Webmaster – E-Commerce Designer.
Imade is Head of the Information and Communication Technology Department of Zenith Trustees Limited. He is charged with the responsibility of IT Strategic Planning and Execution, Information System Development, and Business Process Re-engineering.


Joshua Shofoluwe - Head, Finance & Custodial Services

Joshua Shofoluwe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also a Graduate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He began his working career at Royalserve Wireless Limited and joined Zenith Bank Plc afterwards, where he was seconded to Zenith Trustees Limited. He presently heads the Finance and Custodial Banking Departments.


Obinna Eze - Head, Trust Services

Obinna Eze is a lawyer with over 4 years of experience in the legal profession. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree, LL.B (Hons) from Enugu State University, Enugu State. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He began his working career with First Bank Plc from where he joined Zenith Bank Plc and was subsequently seconded to Zenith Trustees Limited as Head, Trust Services.
