The company was incorporated in July, 2004 and is duly licensed and approved by the Securites & Exchange Commission (SEC) to carry on the business of trusteeship and global custody. ZTL was incorporated to carry on Zenith Bank Group strategic plans to optimize the opportunities provided under the universal banking regulation, by extending its scope of excellent services to include trusteeship and global custody.
